You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. Unauthorized use of our services may result in termination of your access.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

When you create a Travia account, a public profile page is created for you by default. It may show your display name, profile photo, bio, follower and connection counts, and reviews you have written after completed bookings or viewings. Your contact details, address, travel documents, bookings and messages are never part of your public profile.

You can make your profile private at any time in Preferences & privacy → Profile visibility, which removes your public page immediately. Business pages you create are always public — that is what makes them discoverable to travelers. If you joined Travia before this disclosure was added, the same default applies and the same switch turns it off.

All content on our website, including text, graphics, and logos, is our property or that of our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
